If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask!
A failed ZSUS board may result in several different symptoms, depending on the failure and the TV it has happened in.
Most commonly the result is a dark, grainy picture, which may bleed dark red or purpule blotches. This particular one is almost certain to be a bad ZSUS board.
Sometimes there may be nothing on the screen at all. This is easy to confuse with failed YSUS board or another failure, but it is important to know that a failed ZSUS may also result in a completely dark screen.
Other times a failed ZSUS can cause the TV to just refuse to power on.
You can be certain that the ZSUS board has failed if you test the two white fuses on it located close to the power connector and find one of them to be open (lacking continuity). Do not bother replacing the fuse, that is not going to solve the problem!
